North Stonington — Two men were arrested Sunday morning for allegedly stealing a car and credit card in Amherst, Mass.

Kyle Buldoc, 21, of New London, and Seth Neborsky, 20, of Hartford, were charged Sunday after state police followed GPS tracking data on a stolen Subaru to a North Stonington home.

State troopers responded to the home Sunday morning after the owner of the vehicle told police where the vehicle's GPS tracking had last pinged. When they arrived, no one was home.

Troopers returned later that morning and were able to speak with the residents and locate the suspects. Nebrosky was taken into custody and was found to be in possession of 71 bags of suspected heroin, police said.

Buldoc ran from the house into the woods. He was taken into custody after someone who lived in the neighborhood called 911 to report that a stranger was banging at his door. There was a warrant for Bulduc's arrest and he was charged with first-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer, and felony conspiracy.

Nebrosky was charged with first-degree larceny, felony conspiracy, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance.

At the residence, police seized multiple items that were purchased Saturday night using a credit card that was in the vehicle when it was stolen, police said

Both men were held on $50,000 bonds and were due to appear in New London Superior Court Monday.
