Victor Ocasio-Algarin, 19, of 12 James St., Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court, interfering with a police officer, driving with a suspended license and evading responsibility.

Vanessa Brown, 23, of 90 North St., Unit 3B, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and disorderly conduct.

Hunter Torgovec, 24, of 41 Golden St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
