Alicia Marie Potash, 39, of Colchester was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Norwich

Thuwesdia O. Robinson, 32, of 29 Mopsic St., B17, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Lyonel M. White, 35, of 89 Asylum St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Dynasia G. Rivera, 22, of 25 Oakwood Knoll was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Kenya J. Grandy, 45, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault.

Zachary Wright, 47, of 56B Otis St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Jai A. Coen, 24, of 10 Latham St., Groton, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Jair Araujo, 20, of 101 Buchanan Road, New London, was charged Tuesday with failure to carry minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Samuel Arroyo-Valentin, 34, of 12 West Coit St., New London, was charged Wednesday with failure to carry minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive right and improper use of marker, registration or license.
