Stephann Jean-Philippe, 31, of 107 Michael Road, New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to obey a traffic signal.

Dakota R. Lizotte, 21, of 73 Laurelwood Drive was charged Sunday with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Diamond McCarter, 32, of Willimantic was charged Sunday with improper use of a marker plate, driving with s suspended license, driving without insurance and speeding.

Christopher Vargas-Lebron, 31, of 49 Prest St., New London, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, violation of conditions of release and second-degree threatening.

Jeffrey Granfield, 52, of 103 Prospect St. was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle, sixth-degree larceny and credit card theft.

Joel Saintil, 35, of 30 Powerhouse Road, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Benjamin D. Stavens, 31, of 63 Washington St., #7, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.
