Dixon A. Pacma, 21, of 65 Montauk Ave., was charged Jan. 15 with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Norwich

Tania Henderson, 36, of 59 Federal St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree harassment.

Alexander Cambrelen, 31, of 111 Hamilton Ave., was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Waterford

Xi Zou, 42, of 23 Goshen Road, was charged Saturday driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.
