Sean P. Slattenly, 57, of 5 Thompson St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics, driving without a license and reckless driving.

Gina Sementilli, 37, of 111 Niles Road, Apt. E, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.
