Norwich police issue alert for missing 20-year-old

Norwich — Police on Sunday evening issued a Silver Alert for a missing 20-year-old man.

Colin Bizilj is described as a white male who has blonde hair and blue eyes. He's 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.

Bizilj, who went missing earlier Sunday, was last seen wearing a red plaid shirt and khakis.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at (860) 886-5561.
