Joshua Hatcher-Sneed, 21, of 230 Crosswinds Drive, Groton, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer and possession of less than a half ounce of cannabis. 

Timothy McKee, 22, of Jewett City was charged Friday with driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license and tinting windows without sticker.
