    New London police charge city man with synthetic marijuana possession

    New London -- Police arrested a city man Monday afternoon after they found him to be in possession of synthetic marijuana, also known as "K2" or "Spice," and $404 in cash.

    Michael Little, 52, of 70 Dell Ave., Apt. 4, was charged with possession of a hallucinogen, possession of a hallucinogen with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Police said that officers assigned to address drug activity arrested Little in a parking lot at 268 Bank St. at approximately 1:05 p.m. They said they seized about 1.4 grams of the drug packaged for street level sales, seven sealed packages of the drug and the cash.
