Meredith Pafumi, 41, of Newington was charged Wednesday with prostitution and violation of probation.

James Ross, 34, of 320 Shennecossett Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Jeffrey L. Rivera, 29, of 187 Pequot Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer and possession of a controlled substance.

Kevin M. Evans, 30, of 43 Willetts Ave., Apt. 2E, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

Danny Nicolosi, 55, of 42 Jay St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.

Pedro Feliciano, 52, of 31 Blinman St., Apt. 5, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Guido L. Tapia, 46, of 93 State Pier Road was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, risk of injury to a minor and second-degree failure to appear in court.


Richard Goes, 23, of 75 W. Thames St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Tina Rhodes, 44, of 252 Old Canterbury Turnpike was charged Monday with possession of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.


Gunner S. Edman, 24, of 248 Fort Hill Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Christopher M. Franzi, 46, of Torrington was charged Monday in Griswold with third-degree assault.
