    Groton City

    Dwight Dumas, 48, of 95 Crouch St., Apt. 18, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.  

    Kevin Brown-Mitchell, 30, of 148 Branford Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree reckless endangerment, interfering with a police officer, criminal violation of a protective order and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Devin John Lamb, 22, of 63 Elderkin Ave. was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and tampering with evidence.

    Tonya Rosemary Viens, 36, of 84 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Groton Town

    Marisa Yung Kempf, 30, of 38 Teal Lane was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Paula Michele Cenkovich, 55, of Biloxi, Miss., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to signal. 

    East Lyme

    Shaun M. Bugbee, 41, of 1 High St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Jacob R. Gergler, 19, of 1 High St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Ledyard

    Nathan Daugherty, 34, of 34 Wildwood Lane, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Bailey Larsen, 22, of Naval Submarine Base, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to drive right.

    Alex Garcia, 33, of 7 Ledgewood Drive was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Benjamin J. Rosado, 19, of 7 Ledgewood Drive was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Ariel G. Main, 22, of 36 Three Acre Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Michael Miner, 31, of 7 Ledgewood Drive was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    New London

    Diane Fowler, 28, of 1122 Hartford Turnpike, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with first-degree forgery, criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny and three counts of violation of probation.

    Jonathan L. Morrison, 21, of 45 Redden Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Christopher Petteway, 42, of 25 Brainard St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

    Omara Francis, 33, of 110 Alger Place was charged Tuesday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Angel Cruz Illescas-Alvarez, 36, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Wednesday in Preston with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Wesley Willis, 25, of 30 Laurel Heights Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Preston with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Danny Butler, 30, of 16 Benway Court, Montville, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stonington

    Steven J. Sousa, 37, of Cranston, R.I., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Monica M. Peterson, 22, of 15 Kelly St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.
