    Groton City

    Tylea C. Banks, 27, of 34 Fort St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct.

    Jacquilynn Elizabeth Wilkinson, 22, of 1 Atlantic Court, Apt. 13, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Patrick Kuchenbrod, 29, of 50 New London Road, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Kelly Roberge, 39, of Uncasville was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Anibal Cintron, 31, of 142 Summit St. was charged Wednesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Matthew Douglass, 33, of 69 Bushnell Hollow #6 was charged Wednesday with second-degree larceny by embezzlement.

    Shawn D. Krzeminski Sr., 53, of 117 Smith Ave. was charged Wednesday with violation of a standing criminal protection order.

    Ramona Williams, 46, of 500 W. Main St. was charged Wednesday with two counts of reckless endangerment and one count each of reckless driving and second-degree breach of peace.

    Jessica P. Matthewson, 31, of no certain address was charged Thursday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Andrew Tourigny, 28, of 90 North St. was charged Thursday with second-degree larceny.

    Rebecca Jones, 22, of 17 Nemczuk Drive was charged Thursday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Robert E. Gentile, 54, of 379 Liberty St., Apt. A, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of protective order.

    Jermel Jacklin, 37, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with three counts of possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
