    Groton City

    James S. Davis, 43, of San Antonio, Texas, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and threatening.

    Javon T. Young, 40, of 189 Hynes Ave. was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Kelly M. Dunnack, 28, of 182 F St., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to have lights lit and disobeying the signal of an officer.

    Brandon Longo, 23, of 80 Branford Ave. was charged Sunday with first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, and breach of peace.

    Dante Stewart, 24, of 25 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Groton Town

    Mark A. Eley Jr., 24, of 605 Gold Star Highway was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Atiyana C. Smith, 21, of 268 Flanders Road, Mystic, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Denice E. Nelson-Brady, 22, of 12 Roseleah Drive, Waterford, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    New London

    Joshua Jakubowski, 37, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Elisha Fleming, 42, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and refusing to be fingerprinted.

    Brandon K. Moore, 33, in the custody of the Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center,  was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

    Richard A. Hobbs-Fernie, 31, of 1 Race St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Brandon R.T. Brisbois, 26, of Wolcott, was charged Friday with drinking while driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and creating a public disturbance.

    Daniel Martinez, 31, of College Point, N.Y., was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Michael L. Woodward, 49, of 172 Whitehall Ave., Mystic, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Nancy A. Purcell, 60, of Guilford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
