Waterford police issue alert for missing 16-year-old boy

Waterford — Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 16-year-old boy who they said went missing Nov. 13.

Police said Elijah Nieves is a black male who has black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.

Nieves was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt, blue striped pants and white sneakers.

Anyone with information about Nieves' whereabouts is asked to call police at (860) 442-9451.
