    Hector Quinones, 41, of 520 Ocean Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of violation of probation.

    Joseph DeRosa, 24, of 147 Bank St., Apt. 301, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Brandon A. Plemons, 48, of 65 Pink Row, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and evading responsibility.

    Andrew J. Schultz, 32, of Glastonbury was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a stop sign and failure to carry insurance.

    Esther M. Ewen, 64, of 185 Otrobando Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Daniel Rojas, 22, of 18 Garfield Ave. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    William Washington III, 24, of 286 Central Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with carrying a dangerous weapon, first-degree threatening and breach of peace.

    Joel M. Torres Pacheco, 25, of 43 Merchants Ave., Apt. A6, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, failure to carry insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Duchene Martin, 53, of 7 Delmar Court was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, two counts of possession of narcotics and two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Savannah Butler, 29, of 211 W. Thames St. was charged Wednesday with criminal trespass and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

    Larry Jackson, 34, of 10 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Zachary Eckard, 28, of Canterbury was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.
