Two-car crash clogs traffic on I-95 south in Old Lyme

Old Lyme — Traffic is congested on Interstate 95 south between exits 73 and 70 because of a two-car crash, the state Department of Transportation said.

The DOT said the 10:30 a.m. crash happened a mile beyond Exit 71. One lane is open in the area.
