    Groton City

    Danielle L. Sullivan, 29, of 33 Mountain Ave., No. 1, New London, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

    Isaac Cuascut III, 18, of 25 Litton Ave. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

    Groton Town

    Julie C. Qualley, 44, of 49 Lewis St. was charged Friday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Armando Huerta, 52, of 37 Coleman St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving while under suspension.

    James Jones, 29, of 106 George Ave., Groton City, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    New London

    Hannah Dupuis, 26, of Willimantic was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, having no insurance, driving a motor vehicle without headlamps, failure to maintain lane, second-degree failure to appear in court and interfering with police.

    Ronald Sullivan, 32, of 33 Mountain Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Debra Higham, 57, of 74 Hunters Ave., Taftville, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Robert Quint, 57, of 74 Brown School Road, Preston, was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

    State police - Montville

    Jonathan Dickey, 21, of 32 Maplewood Court, Norwich, was charged Friday in Ledyard with interfering with or resisting an officer and violation of a standing criminal protective order.

    Ariana Flowers, 20, of 65 E. Town St., Norwich, was charged Friday in Ledyard with criminal impersonation, interfering with or resisting an officer and violation of a standing criminal protective order.

    Waterford 

    Darryl James, 50, of Cromwell was charged Friday with threatening, fourth-degree sexual assault, second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to a violation.
