Matthew R. Murphy, 33, of 46 Hynes Ave., No. B-4, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with an emergency call, criminal violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

Carl M. Brandon, 45, of 140 Meridian St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Gary Klotzer, 37, of 173 Route 12 was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer, criminal impersonation and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Lauren D. Lukins, 28, of 57 South Road, No. 7A, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to carry minimum insurance and failure to obey a stop sign.

Shannon J. Pearson, 53, of Canterbury, was charged Thursday with passing on the right and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without an ignition device.

Taki M. Abson, 19, of 537 Bank St., New London, was charged Thursday with home invasion, possession of less than 4 ounces of drug/marijuana, operation of a drug factory, possession with intent to sell/dispense and sale of illegal drugs.

Wayne L. Perry, 54, of 43 Division St. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while under an alcohol-related suspension, driving without minimum insurance and making an improper turn.

Mandi R. Williams, 41, of 49 Prentice St., Taftville, was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license, improper use of license/markers, failure to carry minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Benisio Esteves, 36, of 160 Prospect St. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
