    New London

    Anissa Henderson, of 202 Colman St., Unit 806, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

    George J. Allen, 27, of 215 Main St., Unit 352, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday with failure to notify the deadly weapons registry of an address change.

    Robert Wright, 46, of no certain address was charged Monday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

    David Willox, 23, of 58 Louise St., Waterford, was charged Sunday with failure to display registration and driving with a suspended license.

    Dawn Koenig, 45, of 195 Williams St., Apt. A, was charged Sunday with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    State police - Montville

    Timothy Cote, 49, of Jewett City was charged Tuesday in Griswold with violation of probation.

    Stonington

    Gregory D. Bullard, 33, of Hebron was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

    Lamar D. Fluker, 40, of 112 Brandegee Ave., Groton, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order and interfering with a police officer.

    Daniel C. Williams, 41, of 4 Smith St., Apt. 2, Old Mystic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Waterford

    Jodie Mangelinkx, 51, of 123 Midway Oval, Groton, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

    Leo Molyneux, 43, of 301 Buddington Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Thomas Montague, 29, of 63 Niles Hill Road, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Joshua Maynard, 22, of 72 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree larceny and conspiracy.
