Charles Canter, 30, of Kingsland, Ga., was charged Saturday with breach of peace and resisting arrest.

Christopher E. Messier, 39, of 52 Fitchville Road, Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Jacqueline Strall, 24, of 92 Uncas Park Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Chen Chhork, 44, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Friday in Preston with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Adam Allard, 23, of 229 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday in Lisbon with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
