    Groton City

    Vincent Butler, 32, of 255 Michelle Lane, No. 200, Groton Town, was charged Sunday with two counts of assault on a police officer, two counts of interfering with an officer, evading responsibility, reckless driving and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    William G. Vanhouten, 52, of Branford was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Abijah A. Cossou, 26, of 33 Converse Place, New London, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

    Christopher Acevedo-Carire, 30, of 55 Morse Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with misuse of marker plates, driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Todd Morang, 35, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Teresa M. Warner, 37, of 300 Osprey Drive was charged Wednesday with cruelty to animals.

    Alan M. McLeod, 51, of 13 Elizabeth Court was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and violation of a restraining order.

    Michael Constantino, 51, of 27 Birch St. was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Melanie S. Beasley, 31, of 21 Cypress Lane was charged Tuesday with second-degree unlawful restraint, risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

    Geoffrey B. Slack, 31, of 71 Mechanic St., No. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged March 14 with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and two counts of assault on a police officer.

    Adannale Robetaille, 27, of 156 Garfield Ave., Apt. 4, New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to carry license and failure to carry insurance card. 

    State police - Montville

    Quinton Rosario, 23, of Willimantic was charged Thursday in Preston with violation of probation, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Eugene Young, 39, of Middletown was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Isaia Mason, 21, of 17 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Matthew Hamilton, 35, of Griswold was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, traveling unreasonably fast, driving an unregistered vehicle and having insurance coverage that fails to meet minimum requirements.

    Felix Rivas, 23, of New Haven was charged Wednesday with second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Matthew Kurtz, 51, of St. Louis, Mo., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
