Richard Knight Sawyer, 36, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Friday with threatening, second-degree breach of peace and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jenna Rosario, 24, of 13 Oakland Court was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and use of cellphone while driving.

Groton Town 

David Allen Meadows, 22, of 972 Shewville Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday with engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer, reckless driving, illegal sale of a controlled substance and driving while under suspension.

Ellen R. Larson, 30, of 172 Bay View Ave., Apt. B, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain proper lane, improper turn and possession of drug paraphernalia associated with less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Herman J. Bazile, 38, of 1051 Poquonnock Road, No. 2, was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance: more than a half-ounce of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jose R. Ortiz, 26, of Providence, R.I., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic signal.

Brenden R. Eller, 28, of Madison was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, restricted turn, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Shanice M. White, 26, of New Rochelle, N.Y., was charged May 5 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Norman A. Vanasse Jr., 59, of 62 Fort Hill Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Caridad Ramos, 23, of Bozrah was charged May 5 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Matthew Coons, 36, of 70 Mountain Ave. was charged Tuesday with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

Douglas Gilliam, 57, of 15 Shaw St. was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Stephen C. Roderick, 64, of 222 Jefferson Ave. was charged Monday with second-degree unlawful restraint and third-degree assault.

Matthew Boardley, 33, of 187 Huntington St., Apt. B6, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and following too closely.

Leonardo Rosado, 26, of 16 Twelfth St. was charged Monday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count each of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Jordan McBride, 24, of Vernon was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Richard Tracy, 34, of Jewett City was charged Sunday in Griswold with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Lori Ann Mcdougal, 45, of 45 Mechanic St., Norwich, was charged Saturday in Montville with possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Ozzie Guzman, 27, of 49 George Ave., Groton, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving while license is refused, suspended or revoked, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to obey a control signal.
