    East Lyme

    Jeffrey Neilan, 46, of Jewett City was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Groton City

    Kathia Valcarcel-Rodriguez, 22, of 55 Crouch St., No. 44, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Groton Town

    Miguel A. Colon, 24, of 17 Blackhall Court, New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving while under suspension, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance and improper use of license or marker.

    David A. Ball II, 27, of 1 Crystal Lake Road Building, 323N, U.S. Naval Submarine Base, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    New London

    Jordan Strickland, 24, of 278 Connecticut Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court and disorderly conduct.

    Duane Crawford, 30, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Iola Harris, 26, of 61 Latham St., Groton, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Giancarlo Paris, 30, of 55 Fielding Drive, Montville, was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

    Norwich

    Billy Lord, 40, of 11 Coit St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, fourth-degree sexual assault and third-degree assault.

    Trevor L. Rak, 27, of 173 Washington St. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Dylan Goss, 26, of Griswold was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Malik A. Brown, 32, of 120 Cliff St. was charged Friday with two counts of conspiracy and one count each of third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

    State police — Montville

    Deith Dylan Walczak, 21, of Oxford, Mass., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without minimum insurance requirements.

    Christopher Thomas, 28, of Thompson was charged Tuesday with third-degree larceny.
