Colon, 24, of 17 Blackhall Court, New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving while under suspension, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance and improper use of license or marker.

David A. Ball II, 27, of 1 Crystal Lake Road Building, 323N, U.S. Naval Submarine Base, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Jordan Strickland, 24, of 278 Connecticut Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court and disorderly conduct.
