    New London

    Leonard D. Henry, 24, of 1 Windy Ridge Place, Waterford, was charged Saturday with criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault, first-degree criminal mischief and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Rasean Williams, 29, of 1 Windy Ridge Place, Waterford, was charged Saturday with accessory to first-degree assault and threatening.

    Tyler Huff, 26, of 55 Prest St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Keith Palmer, 55, of 309 Crystal Ave., Apt. 16B, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance.

    Savannah Baker, 22, of 74 Black Hall St., No. 4, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Jamie Naughton-Ford, 43, of 240 Crystal Ave. was charged Thursday with failure to stop when signaled, improper use of a license or registration, driving with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Reinaldo Lopez, 48, of 260 Montauk Ave., No. 3, was charged Thursday with interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer, first-degree failure to appear in court and four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Keasia Y. Elliot, 25, of New Haven was charged July 3 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Nneka S. Cook-Baker, 25, of 282 Central Ave. was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Erik Teter, 46, of 18 Highland Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway, driving in violation of license classification and driving while registration is refused, revoked or suspended.
