    Justice Rodriguez, 22, of 53 Linden St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Mahassin Thompson, 38, of 11 E. Gregory Road, Norwich, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jennifer Thayer, 48, of 86 Sixth St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening.

    Christopher Rodgers, 30, of 50 Palmer St., Unit 40, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and interfering with an emergency call.

    Jerry W. Yeargan, 54, of Nunnelly, Tenn., was charged July 17 with two counts of possession of narcotics and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Caroline Quinones Gonzalez, 40, of no certain address was charged July 17 with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Tyrone E. Makelvey, 52, of Norwalk was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Fredrick E. Thorpe, 65, of Deep River was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to drive right.

    Jamal D. Wright, 50, of Jewett City was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license or registration, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance, misuse of plates and interfering with police.

    Mariah M. Freehart, 27, of 129 Roosevelt Ave., Unit 313, Preston, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

    Kyle Richards, 32, of Westerly was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Yamahi Hogarth, 33, of New York was charged Wednesday with first-degree forgery, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation.

    Morris Hansen, 54, of 40 Clark Lane was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Ryanne Hunter, 31, of New York was charged Wednesday with first-degree forgery and possession of a controlled substance.
