    Groton City

    Dillon G. Grant, 27, of 118 B St., Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving when registration or license is refused or suspended and cellphone use while driving.

    Jacqueline S. McNamee, 28, of Greenville, R.I., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, misuse of marker plates, failure to obey traffic signal, driving without insurance, following too close and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Andrew N. Been, 30, of 3 Libby Drive, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and failure to slow/move over for emergency vehicle.

    Madison Tillinghast, 21, of Westerly was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Gabriella M. Greene, 22, of 102 Golden St., New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Carleen Case, 46, of 43 Garden St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Johnathan J. Mazzella, 33, of 58 Otis St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Chad Adams, 24, of 229 Boswell Ave., Apt. 7, was charged Aug. 7 with driving with a suspended license and failure to use turn signal.

    Tyrone C. Brown, 27, of 78 School St., Apt. 3, was charged Aug. 7 with traveling unreasonably fast, driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Johnny Velez, 35, of Willimantic was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Malik White, 45, of 61 Seventh St. was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility and driving with a suspended license.

    Karissa D. Girard, 30, of 181 Connecticut Blvd., Oakdale, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and use of cellphone while driving.

    Jesus M. Torres-Pocheco, 27, of 43 Merchants Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Chaz St. George, 30, of Jewett City was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, registration or license and insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements.
