    Marissa Ritter, 24, of 43 Merchants Ave., Taftville, was charged Wednesday with driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle and misuse of plates.

    Greg McPhereson, 24, of 38 Hope St., Niantic, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Steven Ribot, 31, of 130 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree strangulation, interfering with a 911 call and disorderly conduct.

    Xiaowen Wen, 38, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

    Guanrong Ma, 40, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

    Laura A. Roderick, 50, of 655 Broad St., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Adonis DeLaRosa-Garcia, 25, of 528 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged with operating a motor vehicle in violation of license classification, failure to display plates, insurance coverage fails to meet minimum requirements and misuse of plates.
