    Groton City

    Tesha Edwards, 26, of 15 Paul Revere Road was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    A 12-year-old juvenile was charged Thursday with assault on a public safety/emergency medical personnel, interfering with a police officer, third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

    A 14-year-old juvenile was charged Thursday with threatening and disorderly conduct.

    Anthony Betances, 43, of 111 Mather Ave., was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor, interfering with a police officer, second-degree breach of peace and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

    Jake J. Scott, 21, of 191 Shennecossett Parkway was charged Nov. 26 with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, driving in violation of license classification, sixth-degree larceny, driving a motor vehicle without owner's permission, interfering with a police officer and failure to maintain proper lane.

    Groton Town

    Francis P. Murphy, 62, of 2350 Gold Star Highway, No. 3, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to have tail lamps lit and failure to have a driver’s license.

    Christian E. Berganza-Suchite, 28, of 18 Raleigh Court was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Charles R. Bosner, 22, of Boston, Mass., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane.

    Evelise D. Correia, 27, of 54 Central Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and criminal mischief.

    William White, 30, of 246 Mistuxet Ave., Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.

    Chaun M. Willis, 27, of 844 Noank-Ledyard Road, Mystic, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest.

    Taisha N. Williams, 38, of Laurel, Maryland, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Isaiah R. Turner, 19, of 36 Cleveland St., No. 2, New London, was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, speeding, evading responsibility, driving without a license, failure to drive in proper lane and passing on the right.

    Erica L. Bancroft, 47, of 19 Military Highway, Gales Ferry, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Diana A. Sanchez-Urena, 36, of 51 Bayview Place, B, New London, was charged Nov. 25 with failure to drive in proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Hannah C. Dickerson, 25, of 239 Ohio Ave., was charged Nov. 24 with possession of drug paraphernalia associated with less than a half ounce of marijuana and driving with a child passenger while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    New London

    Curt Meyers, 55, of 202 Colman Street, Unit 207, was charged Monday with two counts of possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Norwich

    James Delvon, 30, of Hartford was charged Nov. 23 with possession of narcotics, failure to display a license plate, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates and driving without insurance.

    Joseph Desir, 18, of 18 E. Pratte Avenue was charged Nov. 26 with interfering with a police officer.
