Norwich -- Four people were displaced from their homes Sunday night following a fire on 14th Street, according to the American Red Cross.

Four adults from two households were displaced after a fire broke out about 11:58 p.m. Sunday at 15 14th St., according to the Red Cross and Norwich Police Department.

The Red Cross responded early Monday and was assisting the four people with their immediate needs and had given them "comfort kits," which include items like toothbrushes, deodorant and shaving supplies, a spokesperson said.
