State police - Montville
Richard Hebert, 72, of 335 Hamilton Ave., Apt. 35, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
East Lyme
Ashley Reilly, 28, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a child passenger, second-degree reckless endangerment and interfering with an officer.
Karly Bruce, 30, of Westfield, Mass., was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.
