Joshua Daniel Plantier, 30, of 3 Constitutional Place was charged Monday with interference with an emergency call and second-degree breach of peace.

Randy G. Gittens, 39, of 46 Branford Ave. was charged Monday on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear in court.
