    Police logs - July 17, 2020

    Groton City

    Kristin G. Deer, 51, of 24 Homestead Road, Apt. C, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

    New London

    Michael Heathcote, 35, of Derby was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

    Timothy Edwards, 51, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with violation of a protective order, first-degree reckless endangerment, breach of peace, third-degree criminal trespass, first-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, misuse of plates and driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.

    Julio Serrano, 25, of 281 Stoke St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and improperly turning.

    Michael Jordan, 31, of 75 Sunset St., Waterford, was charged Monday with third-degree larceny and second-degree forgery.

    Elijah Smith, 18, of 582 Shennecossett Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, third-degree assault on a pregnant person and third-degree strangulation.

    Ronald L. Austin, 25, of 12 Michael Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with police, first-degree criminal mischief and unsafe movement in a vehicle.

    Norwich

    Erick J. Gracia, 36, of Lisbon was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Victor M. Williams, 31, of 568 Boswell Ave. was charged July 4 with failure to drive right, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

    State police — Montville

    Kaitlin Jalbert, 28, of 24 Beacon Hill Drive, Waterford, was charged Monday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Waterford

    Dina DiMaggio, 52, of 21 Hillcrest Road, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Brian Hendry, 49, of Jewett City was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of protective order and second-degree threatening.

    Dillon Dooley, 21, of 80 Rogers Lake Trail, Old Lyme, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.
