Dillon Dooley, 21, of 80 Rogers Lake Trail, Old Lyme, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Tori Leclerc, 26, of no certain address was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Christine Sheehan, 43, of 34 Cape Ann Court, New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without minimum insurance.
