Laural C. Newkirk, 56, of 210 Jefferson Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Carrie LaFlamme, 52, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Ellis Torres, 26, of East Hartford was charged Aug. 31 with reckless driving, driving while under suspension, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to have insurance and failure to display plates.

Tyquann Mitchell, 28, of 74 Blackhall St. was charged Aug. 31 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Ralph Pierce, 39, of Lisbon was charged Friday in Lisbon with second-degree threatening.

Cameron J. Latour, 21, of Bozrah was charged Friday in Montville with violation of a protective order.

Kendrel L. Dawson, 24, of Willimantic was charged Tuesday in Montville with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of more than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, misuse of plates, driving a vehicle without insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a license.
