    Miketavis Smith, 25, of 707 Colman St. was charged Oct. 31 with violation of a protective order.

    Jahlil Montegue, 30, of 175 Hawthorne Drive was charged Oct. 29 with second-degree strangulation, second-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree assault.

    Djibring Aaladmia, 26, of New York, N.Y., was charged Oct. 29 with third-degree criminal mischief and criminal violation of a protective order.

    David Santiago, 59, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Oct. 29 with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Elisjsha Vesseus, 21, of 177 Jefferson Ave. was charged on Oct. 29 with criminal possession of a firearm and possession of more than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Chelsea Cote, 26, of 154 State St. was charged Oct. 28 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Jill Walter, 42, of 13 Washington St. was charged Oct. 26 with violation of a protective order, violation of a restraining order, violation of a standing criminal protective order, second-degree harassment and breach of peace.

    Sara Brown, 25, of 75 Hickory Drive, Groton, was charged Oct. 23 with criminal mischief.

    Kenneth Smith, 27, of no certain address was charged on Oct. 23 with violation of a protective order.

    Rolan M. McCall, 18, of 390 Norwich Ave. was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Frank P. Michalski, 51, of 113 Washington St. was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and second-degree threatening.

    Darryl Wickham, 56, of 9 Cider Mill Road, Preston, was charged Wednesday with violation of a standing criminal protective order.

    Jarrod Begin, 31, of Baltic was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
