    Groton Town

    William Charette, 22, of 47 Hilltop Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening.

    Amy Howell, 30, of 355 Long Hill Road, No. 25, was charged Tuesday with and third-degree assault.

    Alexander N. Sanchez, 21, of 762 Groton Long Point Road was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Quentin D. Hodges, 31, of 158 Ring Drive was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jennifer A. Macomber, 40, of 61 Partridge Hollow Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with violation of protective order.

    Jonathan F. Graham, 37, of 160 Smith St. was charged Sunday with operation of motor vehicle under suspension, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, improper turn/stop-no signal, traffic control signals and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

    Christopher Watters, 33, of 48 Addison St., New London, was charged Friday with two counts of violation of restraining order.

    Patience L. Clarke, 30, of 56 Branford Ave. was charged Friday with risk of injury to child and violation of protective order.

    Norwich

    David Rotkowitz, 58, of 20 Sandy Lane was charged Tuesday with following too closely, evading responsibility and driving with a suspended license or registration.

    Jennifer C. Pavlak, 32, of 122 Hunters Ave. was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Eric J. Boudreau, 37, of 31 Clairemont Ave. was charged Tuesday with violation of a standing criminal protective order, breach of peace, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

    Frederick Taylor, 63, of 34 Spring Garden Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey stop sign, misuse of plates and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
