Sokphoury Yos, 38, of 9 Fitzgerald Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.

Isaiah Torres, 18, of 116 Viet St., New London, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

Timothy Needham, 38, of 2 W. Pleasant St., New London, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance: narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear in court.
