Ann M. Lemini, 56, of 31 Franklin St., No. 4, was charged Thursday with violation of protective order.

John S. Westervelt, 31, of Hartford was charged Thursday with violation of protective order and violation of conditions of release.

State police - Montville

Travis Golden, 40, of 167½ Harland Road, Norwich, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

Omara Francis, 35, of 10 Alger St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving when license is suspended, refused or revoked.
