Travis Schubel, 36, of 25 Salem Ridge Road, Salem, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, driving with a suspended license and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Francis Bove, 27, of 460 Darling Road, Salem, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Robert Mcintear, 57, of 45 Old Colchester Road was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, insurance failing minimum requirement, failure to have tail lamps and second-degree failure to appear in court.
