Thomas Vershaun, 20, of 15 Damon Heights Road was charged Saturday with failure to carry a pistol permit, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, fifth-degree larceny and theft of a firearm.

Dominique N. Constantinou, 29, of 185 Boston Post Road was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without minimum insurance.

Isiah A. Price, 22, of 77C Norwich Ave. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Shawn Ballinger, 21, of 82 Sherman St. was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Arthur P. Bennett, 37, of 65 Spring Garden Ave. was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree strangulation and one count each of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Briana Gomez, 21, of Willimantic, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Craig K. Ponder, 55, of 99 Cedar St., A2, was charged Saturday with two counts of assault on a public safety officer and one count each of interfering with police, possession of narcotics and tampering with evidence.

Christopher M. Little, 25, of 25 Lawler Lane was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Marc A. Thelusma, 20, of 495 Laurel Hill Ave., 1P, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Johnathan Meskiewicz, 22, of 53 Providence St. was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Amy H. Ybazeta-Rucoba, 37, of 67 Sixth St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, criminal violation of a protective order and risk of injury to a minor.

Michael Jeffs, 40, of 65A Fifth St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order.

Robert McIntear, 57, of 45 Colchester Road, was charged Aug. 27 with failure to have tail lights and driving with a suspended license.
