    New London

    Kristopher Goodrow, 45, of 58 W. Coit St. was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

    Gabriel Wilfredo Moya, 22, of 112 Connecticut Ave. was charged Monday with four counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count of failure to respond to a violation.

    Norwich

    Tyrone L. Spruill, 35, of 29 Lincoln Ave. was charged Nov. 17 with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order and one count each of second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

    Alexander Hathaway, 18, of Baltic was charged Nov. 11 with evading responsibility, following too close and operating without a proper instructor.

    Troy L. Swartz, 45, of Jewett City was charged Nov. 17 with second-degree failure to appear in court, possession of heroin/cocaine with intent to sell, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Shayante C. Brewer-Knight, 29, of Jewett City was charged Monday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Chaun E. Perry, 41, of 50 Union St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with police, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

    Lamar D. Fluker Jr., 18, of 51 Fourteenth St., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault on a pregnant person, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

    Nathaniel J. Hennessey, 18, of 12 Wequetequock Passage, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Charles H. Martell Jr., 55, of 973 Pequot Trail was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass.
