James W. Burkart, 25, of Wading River, N.Y., was charged Saturday in Montville with interfering with a police officer, violation of protective order and second-degree assault.

Marcus James, 38, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Dec. 28 with second-degree breach of peace.

Jonathan J. Chiaradio, 27, of 183 Potter Hill Road,, Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving and third-degree assault.

Mason A. Fusaro, 23, of 12 Richmond Lane, Apt. B, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Joshua Keilty, 49, of 40 Main St., Old Mystic, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility.
