Felipe Estayul-tojin, 35, of Windham, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol and or drugs and improper parking.

Nydia I. Ortiz-Rodriguez, 40, of Providence, R.I., was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and two counts of assault on a police officer or emergency medical personnel.

Anthony R. Colson, 24, 56 School St., Apt. 4, Norwich, was charged Saturday with sixth-degree larceny and four counts of possession of narcotics.

Leah A. Castro, 33, of 22 Winnipaug Road, Westerly, was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
