Theresa Chambers, 61, of 33B Spring St., Westerly, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving with an improper number of headlights.

Jaime B. Laine, 47, of 35 Haley's Way, Old Mystic, was charged Saturday with improper use of markers, driving without minimum insurance, having an improper rear marker lamp, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Satir S. Lyall, 44, of New Haven, was charged March 22 with evading responsibility.

Jade L. Langlois, 25, of 86 South Broad St., Apt. 204, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Paul Spinner, 80, of 563 Boston Post Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without minimum insurance.

Sayyid Al-Balali, 44, of 25 Joseph Perkins Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of narcotics.
