NESS summer program — New England Science & Sailing Foundation in Stonington has opened registration for its summer program. Classes are for ages 4-17 in sailing, marine science, fishing, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling and powerboarding. Runs for 10 weeks starting June 19 Monday-Friday.
