Mike Epps brings his standup comedy to Foxwoods

Few people can upstage Eddie Murphy, but damned if Mike Epps didn’t do that in “You People.”

Epps played the brother of Murphy’s character in this 2023 comedy, and his few scenes with Murphy shows Epps to be a master at comedy and riffing. I swear it looked like Murphy almost broke character and laughed at his co-star’s jokes.

That’s just the latest acting role for Epps, whose other credits range from “Next Friday” to “The Hangover.” He starred in and produced the Netflix sitcom “The UpShaws.”

He’ll performing his standup comedy Saturday at Foxwoods, and you KNOW it’ll be funny.
