    Groton City

    Luis A. Colon, 30, of 29 Mather Ave. was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree breach of peace. 

    Groton Town

    Wilfred Ruperto, 37, of 81 Chesnut St., Wauregan, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, interfering with police and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Makayla Damm, 18, of 80 Oslo St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    State Police — Colchester

    Justin Crawford, 41, of 16 Town St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Colchester with driving under suspension, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making an improper turn, disorderly conduct, criminal violation of a protective order and first-degree reckless endangerment.

    Gerald Young, 79, of 127 Brush Hill Road, Lyme, was charged May 6 in Colchester with failure to verify address as a sexual offender.

    Renee Polverari, 31, of 48 8th St., Apt. A, Norwich, was charged May 18 in Glastonbury with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, narcotics not kept in original container, possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics and possession with intent to sell.

    Chad Stringer, 41, of Waterford was charged May 22 in Colchester with fourth-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Jesse Benware, 33, of 5 Uncas Court, Quaker Hill, was charged May 22 in Colchester with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Cynthia Carter, 57, of 648 Old Colchester Road, Salem, was charged May 29 in Salem with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    State Police — Montville

    Daryl Guberman, 52, of Stratford was charged May 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Julio Dejesus-Martinez, 41, of 236 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with suspended license and failure to properly display plates.

    Garrett Dugan, 50, of 69 Michael Road, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to meet the minimum insurance requirements.
