Kids can display creations at Hygienic Young Artists Expo

All you young artists, listen up.

You can display one of your creations in a gallery as part of a public exhibition this weekend.

The exhibition is the Young Artists Expo, and it's part of the annual Hygienic festivities each January.

Kids ages 14 or under can drop off a piece of art (it's just one submission per person) between 4 and 8 p.m. Friday at the Garde Gallery in New London. Then, from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, everyone can come into the gallery to see the exhibition. The day will also feature music, arts and crafts, storytelling and hula hooping.
