Here’s the game plan: Drink a lot of water from now till Tuesday night. That way, you can expand your stomach. Then, don’t eat or drink at all Wednesday … until you hit New London Main Street’s Spring Food Stroll at 5:30 p.m. and stuff yourself silly.

Nah, you don’t need to do anything that extreme to enjoy the annual food stroll. Just show up and nosh.

Various venues around downtown will be participating, meaning that, once you buy a food stroll button, you can stop in at any of those places and indulge in the bite-sized dishes they’ll be serving. The more-than-two-dozen sites include Right Path Organic Cafe, The Social, Dev's Bistro, 2Wives Brick Ove Pizza, NORA Cupcakes and Mambo Bar & Restaurant.

Also during this event held by New London Main Street, musicians will be performing around the city.
