Carroll J. Burke, 77, formerly of Essex
Carroll J. Burke, 77, formerly of Essex, died peacefully at home on June 16 in Lantana, Florida. He was the son of Lawrence and Rose Burke.
He was an avid NASCAR fan and gun collector, and enjoyed vacationing with his son in the summertime.
He is survived by his son, James T. Burke and daughter-in-law Debra L. (Vuono) Burke of Old Saybrook. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Bonnie Cerruti, and many nieces and nephews. He had many friends in Florida and will be sadly missed.
He was celebrated with a military service on July 8 at South Florida Cemetery.
All County Funeral Home and Crematory, Lake Worth, Florida, was in charge of arrangements.
